SCUBA Diving
- SCUBA Diving in Antarctica : Brendan's Experience which was a part of the Standing On The Precipice adventure
- SCUBA Dive Site Map : Blairgowrie Marina, Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne, Victoria
- This map was developed as part of my PADI Dive Master qualifications using some of the Location Based Services techniques and technologies I was using in the Telstra Research Laboratories. This was probably one of the first local SCUBA Dive site maps designed using purely digitally and screen based techniques. Previously, SCUBA Dive Site maps were hand drawn on large A3 or A2 card. This made them available to few people only. making the map digital from the beginning allowed wider distribution with this version of the Blairgowrie Marina SCUBA Dive site map also seen as an authoritative reference as others also used it to inform SCUBA Divers:
- Matt's PCMUS website for Blairgowrie Marina
- SCUBA Doctor Shore Dives: Blairgowrie Marina.. My map at the bottom of the page
- Download the information brochure for Divline. This brochure was designed to highlight Diveline being a member of the Frankston Tourism Network and an expert in all related local watersports activities. It was designed to get people in the door from which a sales opportunity could be made. It was also designed so that the business owner could easily update the document using the tools and knowledge they were comfortable working with.
- Power Point Slide to teach snorkelling techniques Developed to allow consistent information transfer from a variety of team members giving the presentation and training new snorkellers. uses hyper links throughout the slide pack to allow for different presentations depending on audience and time.
